Systemic Couple and Family Therapy is a paradigm shift of understanding and treating psychological distress, human relations and mental disorders.

The Systemic psychotherapeutic approach enables the use of the individual’s relationships as a resource to reduce stress and difficulties for all family members (or colleagues at the work place) to improve their quality of life.

Systemic family psychotherapists carry out psychotherapeutic sessions to address disorders, and cognitive, emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties, such as:
